Attorney Al Bascos, three-time president of the FACC, is director of the Filipino American Law Center.

The Filipino American Law Center, located at the 2nd Floor of the Rizal Center, is  a department of the FACC that  provides free consultation services to seniors and low income people. The hours are from 10 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday.

It was founded in 1996 and since that time it has served countless seniors and low income people. And, has helped many Filipinos in their  immigration problems.
