Rose Tibayan

Rose Tibayan joined the FACC as a volunteer in December 2003. She is the creator and webmaster of the FACC website. In 2004, Rose helped to reorganize the Kasarinlan annual gala, acting as its program chair. She established the FACC's bi-annual children's programs -- the Children's Heritage Festival in June and the Children's Christmas Craft festival in December. Rose remains a dedicated behind-the-scenes volunteer for the organization.
